Butterscoth & white chocolate fondue

Ingredientes: 1 Cup (200 MG) firmly packed brown sugar 1/3 Cup (115g) Golden Cup 50g butter 300ml cream 100g white eating chocolate, chopped coarsely Preparación: Preparation Time 10 minutes (plus Standing Time) Cooking Time 10 minutes. Serves 6. 1. Combine sugar, golden syrup, butter and cream in medium saucepan, stir over heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. 2. Add chocolate; stir until smooth. Stand 10 minutes before Serving. Tips: Serve this fondue with the fresh fruit of your choice. We particularly like banana, kiwi, fruit, pear, apple and strawberries. The cream mixture must be cooled for 5 minutes before adding chocolate ti avoid the chocolate "seizing", that Is, becoming grainy and firm and having the appearance of a dull paste.
